For prizes worth $600 and above:
Call 307.432.9300 to make an appointment to claim your winnings in person at our Cheyenne office at 1620 Central Avenue.
Don't forget to bring your claim form, your government-issued photo ID, your social security card, and your signed winning ticket.
Prize of $50,000 or more:
For prizes of $50,000 or more, you must come to the office in person.

Mail-in Claim

For Prizes up to $599:
You can mail your signed winning ticket to The Wyoming Lottery address listed below.
For prizes worth $600 and above:
When mailing claims for prizes worth $600 or more, include copies of your official photo ID and social security card along with your claim form and winning ticket
